all purchases made through our Wesbite are subject to product availability. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel the quantities offered on our Website or limit the sales of our products or services to any person, household, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

shipping_
We offer different shipping methods to meet your needs as further specified when you check out. Dispatch of orders may take up to 4 weeks to deliver. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and commerce from the data of dispatch. The delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. Your order will be delivered to the shipping address you have indicated.

order_confirmation
once your order is submitted, you will recieve an email confirmation containing your order number, details of products you've purchased, payment information, and delivery details. please note that this confirmation email simply acknowledges that we have recieved your order and does not indicate acceptance of it. 

_returns_
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and include all original packaging and tags. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We do not accept returns on custom items, made-to-order products, intimate goods (including underwear, swimwear, and earrings), or items marked final sale. Refunds are processed to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
